大葱咸肉蛋奶派
Quiche 是法国的一道非常普通的家常菜人人都会做每家的做法都不一样,通常这个菜夏天的时候我很少做热量太高天气又热,配上当季的大葱冬天来一份满满的热量非常暖和。

  • 牛奶300ml
  • 奶酪片5片
  • 派皮一张

Steps to make 大葱咸肉蛋奶派

  • 1.准备原材料。
  • 2.大葱切小块洗干净沥干水备用。
  • 3.将鲜肉和大葱炒熟尽量把水份炒干,然后加盐和胡椒粉拌匀备用。
  • 4.将牛奶和鸡蛋拌匀备用。
  • 5.把派皮放烤盘中铺好并用叉子在皮上戳一下小孔。
  • 6.把炒好的馅料放入铺均匀。
  • 7.把蛋奶汁倒入。
  • 8.上面铺上奶酪片。
  • 9.入烤炉225度40分钟就可以出锅了。
