买了几次杏鲍菇都没时间做,直接浪费,真是罪过,这次第一时间买到杏鲍菇后,直接买牛肉,一起做菜,时间再紧,我都挤时间做了,拍照的时候都是六点了,效果不是特别好,来不急摆盘,吃的时候味道还算可以,喜欢里面的鲍菇,牛肉似乎有些老厚,,喜欢嫩滑味道的亲就慎做了哦

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.把牛肉加入盐,鸡蛋,味精,腌制10分钟
  • 3.锅里放油,倒入牛肉用大火快速翻炒牛肉,
  • 4.炒至牛肉表面焦黄
  • 5.加入杏鲍菇,把水份煸干.
  • 6.再倒入辣椒加少量盐一起炒一下
  • 7.倒入炒好的牛肉一起炒2分钟,完成
