Steps to make 手把手教你做最正宗的锅包肉(内附制作过程视频链接)

  • 1.主料:猪里脊肉300克 胡萝卜50克 葱20克 生粉50克 蒜10克 香菜50克
  • 2.将里脊肉去筋去皮后切片,将切好的肉片用刀拍软备用,葱和胡萝卜切丝,香菜洗净切段,蒜切末。
  • 3.将拍好的肉片加入腌制调料拌匀腌制,生粉加入水浸泡沉淀,后倒出水加入30克花生油拌匀做成炸糊。
  • 4.将腌制好的肉放入炸糊中拌匀。
  • 5.锅内倒入油烧热,后放入拌匀的肉片炸至定型后捞出,油继续烧热,后再次放入油锅中炸至金黄色捞出备用。
  • 6.将白醋60克 糖45克 老抽3克 盐1克 浓缩橙汁5克 浓缩柠檬汁5克 水淀粉5克和蒜末调入碗中搅拌均匀做成调味汁。
  • 7.锅内倒入油烧热,后放入炸好的肉,一边翻炒一边倒入调味汁,翻炒均匀后加入葱丝,胡萝卜丝和香菜大火炒香出锅即可。
