Steps to make 焦糖布丁

  • 1.纯牛奶和淡奶油搅匀微微加热,加入白糖1勺搅至溶化关火放凉。(千万不要煮开了哦,温热就可以)。
  • 2.蛋黄3个打散。
  • 3.把蛋黄液和放凉了的牛奶液倒在一起,滴入两滴金桔汁或柠檬汁(去鸡蛋味),轻轻搅匀。
  • 4.过筛两次。
  • 5.倒入锡纸小碗中。烤盘中要放入些水。
  • 6.进烤箱,中下层,200度,上下火,烤约15-20分钟,自己注意观察 。
  • 7.表面撒些白糖,用喷枪喷一下变焦即可。
