Steps to make 剁椒腌藠头

  • 1.准备好藠头。
  • 2.去掉藠头的老叶和根须,洗净晾干。
  • 3.准备辣椒和一小块生姜。
  • 4.将辣椒和生姜分别切碎备用。
  • 5.找一个无油无水的容器,放入晾干的藠头,加入辣椒碎、生姜末、盐、白糖、白酒搅拌均匀,试一下味道,如果不够再调整一下。
  • 6.将搅拌均匀的藠头装入干净带盖的容器,放置阴凉处2周左右就可以吃了。
