香菇猪肉水饺

  • 1.香菇提前用热水浸泡。
  • 2.五花肉从冰箱里拿出来。

  • 8.放入油、盐、胡椒粉、味精调匀。
  • 9.面粉中加入凉水和成面团,饧30分钟。
  • 10.揉匀后切开,搓成长条。
  • 11.切成每500克70个的剂子。
  • 12.擀成薄皮。
  • 13.放入肉馅,随自己喜欢的方式包起来即成饺子。
  • 14.锅里放入足够的水烧开,放入饺子。开锅后放入少许凉水。
  • 15.再开锅后加入少许凉水,共加3次凉水。
  • 16.看着饺子变大浮起来即可。
  • 17.盛入盘中,即可享用。
  • 18.用腊八醋和香油调汁,蘸着吃。
