Steps to make 【山东】拔丝地瓜

  • 1.地瓜用水洗干净,去皮再冲洗一下,用厨房纸吸干表面水分
  • 2.切成细条
  • 3.锅中倒入油,烧至五成热时将地瓜条放入炸至双面金黄
  • 4.用漏勺捞出
  • 5.沥油
  • 6.另起一锅倒入半碗水,将白砂糖倒入水中
  • 7.开大火用铲子不停的搅拌至糖融化
  • 8.水份蒸发,糖液慢慢变的浓稠,出现很多白色的泡泡
  • 9.继续不停搅拌,泡泡开始变成黄色,此时要改成小火,等大部分泡泡变成黄色后倒入地瓜快速翻拌均匀
  • 10.盛出趁热吃吧
