  • 1.鲜虾16只。
  • 2.剪去虾须,用牙签从虾第二节处挑去虾线。
  • 3.适量盐,生抽,黑胡椒粉,姜末,小米椒,孜然粉。
  • 4.腌制二十分钟。
  • 5.用竹签从虾尾部穿到头部,一个竹签上串两个。全部穿好。(左手小心虾到到,用东西垫住)
  • 6.两面刷油。
  • 7.烤翻180度预热,中盘,上下火200度烤10分钟。
  • 8.烤到5,6分钟时翻面,再烤4分钟。
  • 9.两面撒上孜然粉,辣椒粉。
