牛奶蒸蛋
睡前,米妈跟纳米喜欢看书,偶尔也会做些小手工,这一次就是,纳米让妈妈把彩色的吸管亲剪成花儿,起因是前些时间住院时闲得无聊,把吸管加工成各种各样的花儿。纳米看到吸管又想起来了。米妈这一次又换了一个花样,把吸管螺旋着剪开了,看起来象根小鞭子,缪纳米很是喜欢,剪了两根后,这孩子把两根不同色的剪好的吸管弄在一起给妈妈看,说是彩虹,这孩子想象力丰富,什么事儿都能联想在一起。 
  妈妈边剪边跟纳米聊天,这孩子乐啊,不时的冒出一句:“妈妈,你太有才了!”说得妈妈乐哈哈的,不知道这些话都是从哪儿学来的!
  昨天晚上,脱了衣服躺在床上,自语:“我躺在温暖的床上……”
  纳米吃蒸蛋上瘾了,天天都要吃,还天天一个味道,鸡蛋牛奶加一点点盐,蒸好后淋一点儿生抽和香油,最近胃口超好,偶尔能吃掉两个鸡蛋加奶蒸出来的水蛋。吃得妈妈有点担心这孩子天天吃,会不会吃烦啊。
  这次换个样子吃吧,往蒸蛋里面加了西兰花,蒸好后又加了干果,还好,纳米挺喜欢。

Steps to make 牛奶蒸蛋

  • 1.材料图。
  • 2.西兰花撕小朵,冼净备用。
  • 3.鸡蛋牛奶打在碗中,加一点儿盐,用筷子或者蛋抽搅打均匀。
  • 4.过筛后直接入碗。
  • 5.蒸锅水开后,放上蛋奶液,往蛋奶液中加适量西兰花,中火蒸八分钟左右。
  • 6.蒸蛋的同时准备干果仁。
  • 7.停火后焖三分钟开锅。
  • 8.淋生抽香油,加干果仁。
