  • 1.夏瓜一段,金针菇适量,香菇适量,西红柿半个,红椒一个。
  • 2.豆腐切小丁备用。
  • 3.香菇切三四毫米片,绰水捞出备用。
  • 4.韩式裙带菜温水泡软,洗净备用。
  • 5.西红柿切小丁。
  • 6.夏瓜切香菇同等厚度。(不能太薄,易煮烂)
  • 7.红椒切圈,金针菇塞圈里,余下的金针菇和红椒备用。(此部可以省略,凸造型用,直接丢锅里就行。)
  • 8.一碗纯大米汤备用。(米用漏勺捞出)
  • 9.适量油烧热,葱花炸香。
  • 10.西红柿倒入翻炒。
  • 11.一碗开水。
  • 12.大米汤倒入。
  • 13.韩式裙带菜和黄豆芽放入滚两滚儿。
  • 14.两勺清净园辣酱。
  • 15.两勺大喜大大酱汤专用酱,用勺子搅匀酱料。
  • 16.豆腐,夏瓜金针菇,香菇倒入。
  • 17.滚两滚儿关火,生抽调味儿。(盐味刚好,口味重的适量加点盐)
