玉米火腿小批萨
这批萨已经是好久之前的了,因为太懒,现在才发。
小人前段一段时间胃口不好,每天基本就吃两顿主食,光喝奶了。想尽方法为了让他多吃点,之前带他到必胜客吃过一次,还很喜欢,就自己做了,想放啥料就放啥料,爱多少放多少。经济美味又实惠呀~~

  • 高筋粉160g
  • 1g
  • 细砂糖15g
  • 酵母3g
  • 55g
  • 青椒半个
  • 玉米150g
  • 马苏里拉芝士碎100g
  • 小火腿6根

Steps to make 玉米火腿小批萨

  • 1.将制作面团的材料除了黄油,一起放入容器中。
  • 2.用手和成团,再继续揉一会。
  • 3.将面团取出,放置案板上,加入室温软化的黄油,继续揉。
  • 4.直至揉出手套膜。
  • 5.将面团整形成圆形,放入容器中,发酵至3倍大,用手指沾干粉,戳个洞,不回弹即可。
  • 6.此时可以准备蔬菜。将青椒洗净切块,小火腿切圆片状,玉米粒洗净待用。
  • 7.将发酵好的面团取出,用擀面杖排气。
  • 8.将面团分成等量的三份。
  • 9.用擀面杖隔着保鲜膜(防沾),擀成圆片状。
  • 10.在面片上抹上番茄酱,放上玉米粒。
  • 11.再放上青椒和火腿片。
  • 12.在表面挤上番茄酱。
  • 13.最后再放一些玉米粒,铺上多多的马苏里拉奶酪。
  • 14.放入烤箱进行二次发酵,35度发酵40分钟左右。
  • 15.发酵好后,烤箱中层180度,烤18分钟即可。
  • 16.小批萨出炉后,晾凉就可以享用啦~~
