捞汁花甲
最近喜欢各种捞汁小海鲜,搭配啤酒或者快乐水,太美味了。

Details of ingredients

  • 花甲500g
  • 香菜3棵
  • 小米辣1个
  • 蒜头6瓣
  • 4根
  • 生姜1块
  • 料酒1勺
  • 辣椒面1勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 香醋1勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 白糖半勺
  • 半匙

Steps to make 捞汁花甲

  • 1.准备食材。花甲清洗干净,蒜头剁碎,香菜和葱切碎,小米辣切圈。
  • 2.锅里烧点清水,倒1勺料酒,一个葱结,几片生姜,大火烧开。
  • 3.水开后倒入花甲。
  • 4.花甲煮至开口立马关火捞出,不要煮太久。
  • 5.花甲捞出过凉水,用凉白开或者矿泉水
  • 6.花甲掰掉一半壳,平铺在盘子里。
  • 7.拿一个小碗,放入蒜末,小米辣,葱花,1勺辣椒面。
  • 8.淋上滚烫的热油激发出香味。
  • 9.倒2勺生抽,1勺香醋,1勺蚝油,半勺白糖,半匙盐,小半碗凉白开,搅拌均匀。会吃辣的朋友可以多放点小米辣或者辣椒油。
  • 10.撒上香菜,搅拌均匀。
  • 11.把调好的捞汁均匀的浇在花甲上,浸泡半小时吃会更入味。
  • 12.成品。一口一个,过瘾!
