Steps to make 家常紫菜包饭

  • 1.鸡蛋打散用平底锅煎熟,切成长条。
  • 2.青瓜切成细长条,去瓤。胡萝卜切成长条,放开水中焯烫一下捞出控干水份。
  • 3.白糖、白醋和盐倒入碗中搅拌到溶化。
  • 4.将寿司紫菜铺在寿司卷帘上。到上拌匀寿司醋的米饭
  • 5.将米饭慢慢铺开,最边上留两指宽。
  • 6.在铺好的米饭上放上鸡蛋、青瓜和胡萝卜。
  • 7.从卷帘的一头慢慢卷起,要卷实在些。
  • 8.依次做好所有。
  • 9.做好的寿司卷切成一厘米宽的卷。
