原味松饼

Steps to make 原味松饼

  • 1.分蛋入无水无油盆里,蛋清一个盆、蛋黄一个盆。蛋黄盆里加入170克牛奶、2克盐、15克油、混合均匀后在筛入175克低粉轻轻翻拌均匀
  • 2.蛋白中加入几滴柠檬汁、30克白砂糖打至大弯勾
  • 3.蛋白分2-3次和入面糊中、轻轻翻拌均匀
  • 4.不粘锅、小火预热后、放一勺面糊快速倒下。(不可以一点一点倒、会形成一圈圈痕迹的、因面糊很容易熟…先倒的自然就熟了)
  • 5.保持最小火,直到面糊上变成如图所示这种状态,或在这之前就有大气泡形成,并且有一部分气泡破掉
  • 6.翻面后在煎30秒即可出锅
  • 7.摞起来装盘、摆放水果和酸奶或淋上蜂蜜即可
