Steps to make 苦瓜煎蛋

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.准备两个鸡蛋,鸡蛋打散,加入盐,胡椒粉,料酒搅匀。
  • 3.苦瓜洗净去瓜蒂,对半切开,去瓤,先切成长条,再切成小薄片。
  • 4.葱切成小碎粒。
  • 5.红甜椒切丁备用。
  • 6.鸡蛋中加入苦瓜薄片和红椒碎继续搅匀。
  • 7.平底锅加热,倒入苦瓜蛋液,用小火慢慢煎至底部凝固。
  • 8.翻面继续煎另一面,两面都煎至金黄就可以取出放在案板上,切小块装碟就可以了。
