开胃小菜---拉花萝卜
拉花萝卜是常见的小菜,有美、脆、辣、酸、甜,爽眼、爽口的特点。
辣花萝卜的做法非常简单,而且很容易存放,常温下存放一年多都不会变质、变色,而且越放味道越好。

  • 1.白萝卜洗净去两头,表皮稍微清理有根须部分。
  • 2.用筷子夹住,刀与筷子成45度均匀切片。
  • 3.反过来同样方法切片。
  • 4.撒粗盐,用手搓匀,盐4小时以上。
  • 5.凉白开洗去盐分,依次放入白酒,白醋,糖,辣椒面拌匀。
  • 6.最后放点剁椒,密封放冰箱冷藏,一天后即可食用,3天后味道更佳。
