蓝莓酸奶蛋糕
自己做酸奶以来经常做的一款蛋糕
口感清爽不油腻媲美轻乳酪
吃起来丝毫无负担的
夏天到了肉藏不住了
这款蛋糕还是可以尽情的吃起来的

用的是吾色吾香的芒果酸奶方子
换成蓝莓了,真心喜欢蓝莓烘烤之后的口感
蛋糕要冷藏一夜后吃,幸福的味道哈

  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 玉米油45克
  • 自制酸奶200克
  • 白砂糖60克
  • 少许

Steps to make 蓝莓酸奶蛋糕

  • 1.蛋黄蛋清分离
  • 2. 蛋黄搅打均匀后加入色拉油搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入自制酸奶
  • 4.低粉过筛
  • 5. 蛋黄面糊搅拌均匀放置备用
  • 6. 蛋清中加少量盐,分次加入白糖打发至硬性发泡
  • 7.取三分之一蛋清到蛋黄面糊中切拌均匀
  • 8.搅拌好倒回原来的蛋清面糊中,切拌均匀
  • 9. 倒入模具
  • 10.表面放上蓝莓,水浴法,放入预热150度的烤箱,烤55-60分钟即可。冰箱冷藏过夜品尝
