Steps to make 黄金鸡排

  • 1.先把鸡胸肉从中间一分为二,切片出来,有厚的部分也可以再切片
  • 2.将鸡胸肉展开在砧板上面,用刀背或是擀面杖拍松,拍松的目的是让鸡肉的口感更好,更易入味
  • 3.将鸡胸肉放入料理盒中,加入生抽,蚝油,新奥尔良粉再加入少许清水把新奥尔良粉化开,还有少许盐,盐不需要太多,抓拌均匀腌制
  • 4.抓拌均匀之后或密封好放进冰箱冷藏腌制隔夜这样更入味,也节省了不少时间,如果时间不充足腌制1小时以上
  • 5.接下来准备三个盘子,分别放上生粉,面包糠还有鸡蛋液 事先预热烤箱,上下火190度10分钟
  • 6.腌制好的鸡胸肉先在玉米淀粉盘中将两面均匀的裹上玉米淀粉
  • 7.再把裹好玉米淀粉的鸡胸肉放入蛋液中充分的包裹上鸡蛋液
  • 8.接着把鸡胸肉两面都裹上面包糠,包裹的时时候,稍微压一下,这样面包糠才不容易散落
  • 9.依次把鸡胸肉包裹好,摆在烤盘中
  • 10.送入烤箱上下火调至170度20分
  • 11.20分钟后拿出来,把鸡胸肉翻个面,接着再烤10分即可
  • 12.出炉趁热切块就可以享用了
