Steps to make 核桃柿子饼

  • 1.我们这里买的这种柿子非常的甜,我们叫烘柿,里面都是汤一般的果肉,不用加糖,做出的柿子饼就非常的甜
  • 2.柿子去皮充分搅拌,让果肉完全散开
  • 3.面粉和糯米粉按2:1的比例加入
  • 4.搅拌成稠糊状。因要夹馅,这个糊以能成型为宜,糊越软越好吃。
  • 5.芝麻、核桃仁,白糖和熟面粉各一份
  • 6.搅拌均匀做成馅
  • 7.取适量面糊压扁,加入馅料
  • 8.包严实
  • 9.锅中放少许油,放入柿子饼压扁
  • 10.煎至两面金黄即可。
