  • 1.准备好所有材料,洗干净备用。
  • 2.肉切丁,茄子切丁。
  • 3.胡萝卜和黄瓜切丝,葱切花。
  • 4.胡萝卜用滚水煮1分钟左右,捞出备用。
  • 5.把面条放进煮胡萝卜的水中煮熟。
  • 6.捞出备用。
