第一次炸洋葱圈,还是有点被它惊艳到了,比我想象的要好吃多了,外面一面层包糠是香脆,里面的洋葱是脆而多汁,还带有甜咪咪的,再蘸点番茄酱什么的,即便是油炸的,一口接一口一点也不腻!

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.洋葱去皮,去头尾,中间段切成厚半公分左右的厚片,再用手掰散。
  • 3.洋葱圈先裹上生粉。
  • 4.再裹上蛋液。
  • 5.再裹上一层面包糠。
  • 6.油锅中小火炸到金黄色,洋葱圈浮在油表面捞出。
  • 7.蘸上番茄沙司开吃!
