Steps to make 蒸甜饭

  • 1.备江米,生腰果用清水泡一小时。
  • 2.备蔓越莓、枸杞子、小枣去核切成小块,花生、核桃仁用清水泡一小时。
  • 3.花生、腰果、核桃分别入开水煮10分钟左右。
  • 4.给蒸碗抹上大油,将干果整齐摆出造型。
  • 5.江米入开水锅小火煮15分钟,先倒一碗凉水(这样江米能粒粒分明)再捞出江米。
  • 6.趁热拌上白糖。
  • 7.江米拨入两个蒸碗中。
  • 8.入开水锅蒸半小时。
  • 9.甜饭取出扣入盘中,食用时倒入蜂蜜或者桂花糖。
