Steps to make 自制老酸奶

  • 1.酸奶杯开水消毒。
  • 2.量杯先倒入一袋纯牛奶,糖粉倒入,搅匀。
  • 3.老酸奶发酵菌粉倒入一袋,搅匀。
  • 4.其余三袋倒入量杯中,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.均匀倒入发酵杯中。
  • 6.盖上盖儿。发酵箱内倒入40~60度温水。这样做出来的酸奶均匀细腻。(冬季适用)
  • 7.接通电源,选择酸奶功能,自动显示10小时,开始制作。
  • 8.10小时结束,取出酸奶杯,打开盖,把盖上水水蒸汽倒掉,再盖上,放冰箱里冷藏5小时或以上。
  • 9.自制老酸奶完美呈现,不出水,凝结细腻光滑,口感酸甜适中。不加水果单吃口感也不错。
  • 10.加上自己喜欢的水果,美味水果老酸奶即成。
