酥脆可口---花生酥糖
逢年过节,可口的传统糖果必不可少,作为零食小吃、宴客小点,时时处处都少不了它们。虽然现在市面上各种糖果可谓琳琅满目,不过我还是喜欢在过节时自己动手做上一些,感觉更有年味。

  • 清水50毫升
  • 小苏打2克

Steps to make 酥脆可口---花生酥糖

  • 1.花生去红衣,略切碎;小苏打用清水化开待用。
  • 2.锅中依次倒入白糖、麦芽糖、苏打水,大火煮沸后再调小火熬煮。
  • 3.熬至160度,呈金黄色糖浆。
  • 4.将花生倒入锅中迅速搅拌均匀。
  • 5.倒入抹了猪油的模具中,快速压平压实。
  • 6.压平后趁热切块,冷却后即可食用。
