Steps to make 紫菜包饭

  • 1.准备所有的材料;
  • 2.刚做好的米饭盛入大碗里,倒入适量的寿司醋搅匀,尽快让米饭散热;我用现成的寿司醋,但感觉口味不合适,又添加了少许的糖、盐调理一下;寿司醋的用量要根据自己的口味调整;
  • 3.卷帘上铺一张紫菜或海苔;
  • 4.在紫菜上铺上米饭,边缘留一点不要放米饭,尽力铺的厚薄一致,放上黄瓜条、火腿肠的条、蛋皮条(这些都需要事先切好);
  • 5.挤上适量的沙拉酱;
  • 6.借助卷帘卷起紫菜;
  • 7.利刀沾凉开水快速切开,摆放盘中,鱼子酱、青芥辣和淡口酱油作为蘸料,也可以把沙拉酱直接挤在紫菜卷上食用;
