Steps to make 韭菜烧蚝

  • 1.蚝买回来放在碗内备用,不要洗。
  • 2.韭菜洗净切长断。
  • 3.锅内热少许油,放多多的的蒜米去爆香。
  • 4.把碗内的蚝倒入锅内。
  • 5.把蚝体内的蚝汁翻炒出来,要轻轻搅动。
  • 6.汤汁出来以后就倒在碗内备用。
  • 7.锅内再倒少许油把韭菜放入锅内。
  • 8.韭菜翻炒一会以后把之前蚝内的汁水倒入锅内。
  • 9.加适量盐入锅内。
  • 10.加少许味精。
  • 11.把碗内的蚝倒入锅内。
  • 12.把韭菜和蚝翻炒均匀即可出锅,要快速。
