  • 1.准备原料,纯瘦羊腿肉和葱。
  • 2.花椒煮水晾凉备用。
  • 3.羊肉切片。
  • 4.羊肉片里加少许盐,玉米淀粉,花椒水,白酒,老抽,香油,放入一半葱段抓匀。
  • 5.拌匀的羊肉片。
  • 6.炒锅倒油,等到油8成热即冒烟时放入羊肉片急火快炒。
  • 7.锅里的葱段炒至微黄时放入剩下的葱段翻炒均匀即可。
  • 8.来碗米饭,开动吧。
