    Steps to make 豉油皇鸡

    • 1.准备好一只新鲜的鸡
    • 2.在鸡的里里外外都先抹一层盐 适量 在抹一层生抽和老抽上色
    • 3.准备的材料沙姜 蒜 葱 香菇 香菜
    • 4.把葱粒和香菇粒放进鸡里面 增加鸡的香味
    • 5.先下油大火爆香沙姜 蒜 葱头 香菇 香菜
    • 6.爆香沙姜 蒜 葱头 香菇 香菜后再把鸡放进去把鸡四面都爆一下 大火爆10分钟 加入适量的水 生抽 白糖  中火煮20分钟
    • 7.出炉
    • 8.切好后 收汁 将汁淋上去 即可
