中午做的红烧排骨剩下了,正好家里有冬瓜,那就做一个简单的冬瓜排骨汤。大凡冬瓜汤都是清汤,我做的冬瓜汤因为用的红烧排骨,所以,就成了红汤,也一样美味好喝。冬瓜不仅营养丰富,而且清热解暑,美容养颜。

  • 1.中午剩的红烧排骨,做的时候放足了调料,所以,只用冬瓜炖就可以了。

  • 4.倒入冬瓜。
  • 5.把排骨放进去。
  • 6.盖上锅盖煮10分钟,冬瓜变软,加盐盛出。
  • 7.出锅时撒上葱花,滴上香油,开吃。
  • 8.简单省事,美味可口的冬瓜排骨汤在二伏天来一碗,营养丰富,补充体能。可以清热解暑,美容养颜。
