炝炒萝卜丝

  • 大蒜叶两根
  • 干红辣椒4个
  • 1勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 蚝油1勺

Steps to make 炝炒萝卜丝

  • 1.萝卜洗净,削皮并且去掉两头。
  • 2.切成丝。 切好后撒盐抓匀腌制10分钟后,冲洗掉盐水,然后滤干一下。
  • 3.蒜白和蒜绿叶分开,蒜白可以拍扁,干辣椒切段去籽。
  • 4.热锅放油,油热小火放入蒜白和干椒炒香。
  • 5.炒香后放入萝卜和蒜绿叶,中大火炒,炒到偏软以后放小勺盐,然后加入生抽和蚝油,生抽蚝油量是按照普通喝汤小勺来放。调料放完后可以加入100ml左右的水,开大火。
  • 6.萝卜丝炒软就可以出锅啦!
