  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.小葱打结,准备姜片和枸杞子
  • 3.老鸭和火腿一起冷水下锅焯水后捞起洗净
  • 4.把火腿切成片,扁尖撕开后用清水泡去一部分咸味后洗净捞起
  • 5.把老鸭,火腿片,扁尖段一起加入电压锅里加入清水
  • 6.加入生姜片和葱,料酒
  • 7.盖上压30分钟
  • 8.等排完气后打开尝试味道,不够味可以加盐调味,我没加
  • 9.撒上枸杞子后上桌
