年年有鱼的寓意美好。年年有余的鱼寓意是代表生活富足,每年都有多余的财富及食粮。年年有鱼是“年年有余”的谐音。鱼”与“余”谐音,而在人们的心中,鱼象征着富贵。年年有余实际寄托着中国劳动人民美好的愿望,希望年年有余,富贵平安,五谷丰登。

  • 2.制作方法:食材全部量好,蔬菜汁根据自己喜欢选材,面和好,醒面15分钟。
  • 3.面团排气,取蔬菜汁面团下剂子,集合一起揉长条形,做出鱼的身体结构。
  • 4.用刮板在生坯上切两边对等鱼鳍。
  • 5.用刮板按压生坯尾部平整,用刮板一切为二,用刮板在鱼尾巴按压纹路。
  • 6.鱼鳍按压纹路,生坯上面捏一条边缘。
  • 7.用手在鱼背上捏挤压纹路。
  • 8.用模具把鱼嘴做好,红豆做鱼的眼睛。
  • 9.用模具在生坯表面按压纹路。
  • 10.二次醒发一倍大。
  • 11.大火上锅蒸15分钟。
