小老虎南瓜饭团
一眨眼就到虎年了,捏几个小考虑南瓜饭团子应应景。现在不缺吃喝,把饭食当作创作的素材,反倒多了一些情趣和仪式感。

饭团子中加了南瓜,好看又健康。我用的胚芽米,加了南瓜泥之后,竟然有一种糯米的口感,想必是因为南瓜中的糖分和胶质的原因吧。

小老虎捏吧捏吧就得,别太过分在意是否比例合适,因为它是米饭,还应以食用为主,鼓捣半天,好看是好看了,但是也没法吃了,这就失去了食用的价值。

Steps to make 小老虎南瓜饭团

  • 1.大米不限品种,根据食用量入锅;
  • 2.轻柔地淘洗一遍,按正常焖饭的水量添水,选焖饭档即可;
  • 3.南瓜选用肉黄、味甜、口面的品种,用量可多可少,想要饭团子颜色更黄一些,可多用南瓜;
  • 4.去皮、去籽,切薄片;
  • 5.待大米变成米饭后,将南瓜片铺在米饭上面,再继续焖10-15分钟即可;
  • 6.挖出两勺白米饭备用,剩下的与南瓜泥混合均匀,这便是老虎皮的金黄色了;
  • 7.焖饭时用寿司海苔剪出老虎的眼睛、鼻头、胡须、虎皮纹,鼻子两边的白色肉垫用原味芝士片代替,也可以用白米饭代替;
  • 8.取一坨白米饭捏成椭圆状当老虎的肚皮,再取一块南瓜饭扣在上面,用保鲜膜拧紧,成老虎的身体;
  • 9.找一张漂亮喜庆的盘子,将老虎的身体饭团摆放在盘中,再依次捏出虎头、虎耳、虎鼻、虎尾;多做几种姿势的老虎更可爱;
  • 10.最后,用海苔和芝士片做五官及虎纹装饰,嘴巴可用筷子蘸取番茄沙司点缀,或者用食用色素笔染红一粒米,更有立体感。
