麦香果仁面包
一份营养健康的麦香面包,做的时候被我加入了熟的瓜子仁和蔓越莓果干,烤好之后麦香夹带着果仁的香甜味受到家人的喜爱,连续做了2次,真的好棒。

  • 全麦面包粉150g
  • 牛奶150克
  • 熟葵花籽仁50克
  • 朗姆酒20克
  • 蔓越莓果干30克
  • 鸡蛋50克
  • 黄油20克
  • 白糖20克
  • 3克
  • 酵母3克

Steps to make 麦香果仁面包

  • 1.准备好所有食材
  • 2.面包桶内依次加入牛奶,鸡蛋,白糖,盐,瓜子仁,面粉和酵母
  • 3.按和面程序20分钟后加入黄油再按和面20分钟
  • 4.盖上调到发酵程序,时间1小时45分钟
  • 5.时间到打开取出
  • 6.排气后分成3份盖上保鲜膜静置20分钟
  • 7.提前把蔓越莓用朗姆酒浸泡
  • 8.之后擀成橄榄状长片加入蔓越莓果干
  • 9.卷起收口捏紧
  • 10.放入烤盘里
  • 11.我用烤箱进行二发,时间45分钟,发酵至2倍大取出用小刀划几道口子,表面过筛高粉,烤箱165度预热
  • 12.中层进入预热好的烤箱中,时间20分钟
  • 13.好棒
