  • 1.食材。
  • 2.切些葱花和姜末。
  • 3.黑木耳泡发洗净
  • 4.将黑木耳洗净。
  • 5.把姜末和葱花、木耳碎一起,加入生抽、盐、淀粉拌匀,顺时多拌几下。
  • 6.油面筋上用筷子撮小眼
  • 7.取一小块肉。
  • 8.小手指把肉糊往里塞。
  • 9.依次做好的油面筋。
  • 10.锅里炒香姜葱和八角,烧开后,加入油面筋,加入老抽中小火炖至油面筋变软。
  • 11.最后加入少许盐调味即可。
  • 12.装碗。
