  • 白糖3勺
  • 小石窑红油辣子半罐

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.鸡爪洗净剪掉指甲,凉水入锅。
  • 3.放入花椒、八角、小葱,姜,料酒,开锅后煮10分钟。趁煮鸡爪的时间把其它配料切好。

  • 5.鸡爪煮好后捞出入冰水泡一会(这样好去骨)
  • 6.把骨头去掉后放入盆中。
  • 7.放入柠檬片、葱花、香菜沫、小米辣、蒜沫。
  • 8.放入生抽、醋、白糖、盐、香油。
  • 9.放入小石窑红油辣子,这个真的超香。
  • 10.再加入适量的凉白开。
  • 11.搅拌均匀腌4-6个小时就可以享用了。
