马上要告别2014年。迎接2015的新年了。时间过的也太快了。过去的日子和树的年轮一样转一圈又一圈的。突发奇想做个年轮酥脆片吃。酥脆的口感。做为零食很不错。

Steps to make 年轮酥脆片

  • 1.蓝莓汁捞出果肉
  • 2.面粉180克 加入糖70克 60ML 油 果汁混合揉成面团 保鲜膜松弛15分钟 和面一定要硬不要软面
  • 3.鲜花洗好切碎
  • 4.和油面 面粉120克加入 花碎 油90ML 糖80克 和成面团保鲜膜覆盖 松弛15分钟左右
  • 5.水面擀开 油面铺在上边按平
  • 6.卷起来 稍微压扁
  • 7.再次卷起来整理下
  • 8.可以切成自己喜好的大小厚薄的片
  • 9.烤箱预热 15度 大约烤制 18分钟左右
