巧克力流心年糕

  • 泡打粉5克
  • 鸡蛋一个

  • 巧克力豆少量

Steps to make 巧克力流心年糕

  • 1.鸡蛋,牛奶,食用油,白糖混合。
  • 2.搅拌均匀。
  • 3.糯米粉,泡打粉,可可粉过筛。
  • 4.继续搅拌搅拌均匀。
  • 5.倒入一半糊糊入模具,再放上切碎的巧克力。
  • 6.再把剩下的糊糊加进去。
  • 7.表面撒点巧克力豆。
  • 8.放入烤箱180度上下火烤30分钟,再下火烤15分钟。
