Steps to make 家庭版白切鸡

  • 1.鸡半只清洗干净备用。
  • 2.锅内放入水,把鸡放进去,水是凉的时候就放鸡下去。
  • 3.放几片姜片进去。
  • 4.大火煮开后改成中火慢慢煮。
  • 5.用筷子插入鸡腿部位,看有没有血水出,没有血水了就是熟了。
  • 6.把煮熟的鸡捞出沥干水,斩成大小合适的块。
  • 7.调蘸汁,先放入一点蒜米。
  • 8.倒入酱油。
  • 9.倒点香油提味。
