清新草莓挞
草莓季总是少不了买草莓。每年都会做几个应景的草莓挞给我家
的小朋友们,今年选用的君之的配方,挞皮酥香,奶酱香甜
还有美丽的草莓,让人垂涎欲滴,小朋友说还是用小挞的更方便吃着……

  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 杏仁粉15g
  • 无盐黄油60g
  • 15g

  • 蛋黄1个
  • 牛奶20g
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 细砂糖20g
  • 低筋面粉5g
  • 玉米淀粉5g
  • 淡奶油80g

Steps to make 清新草莓挞

  • 1.准备好挞皮材料
  • 2.冷藏室拿出来的黄油切小丁,放入大碗里,加盐和糖
  • 3.加入粉类
  • 4.用手搓均匀
  • 5.加入蛋黄和牛奶拌均匀
  • 6.和手揉成一个面团,盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏松弛1小时
  • 7.取出面团擀开,铺上派模上,压平整贴服以后,用擀面仗压一圈,按压出多余的面皮
  • 8.用叉子扎上小孔,防止烤的时候膨胀
  • 9.在做好的挞胚上铺上油纸。装满黄豆,预防烤的时候膨胀,送入预热好的烤箱195度,烤20分钟后取出豆子,再烤10分钟使挞皮上色即可
  • 10.制作奶油酱:奶油酱的材料除白糖以外,全部混合,搅拌均匀
  • 11.过滤一遍
  • 12.放入小锅里,加入白糖,用小火边加热边搅拌成浓稠的奶酱
  • 13.做好的奶酱填入挞胚里
  • 14.清新草莓挞
  • 15.盖上草莓,撒一层糖粉装饰一下,或淋上果酱也是非常好吃的
