Steps to make 香辣鲫鱼

  • 1.两条新鲜的鲫鱼去腥洗干净。加盐和白椒粉白胡椒粉腌十分钟。
  • 2.平底锅用姜擦一次。放入油五成油温时开大火把油放进去炸。
  • 3.鱼基本定型以后转小火慢慢的煎
  • 4.一面煎好再翻一面。用勺子把锅里的热油不断地淋在鱼身上,让它均匀受热。
  • 5.另外拿口锅放点油。放郫县豆瓣酱翻炒。
  • 6.放入葱姜蒜。青红椒以及洋葱翻炒均匀。
  • 7.最后再淋上酱油关火。
  • 8.所有的配菜连着汤汁儿一起淋在鱼身上。最后再撒上烧烤粉和白芝麻就可以享用啦。
