红油咸鸭蛋
端午有三宝:粽子咸蛋绿豆糕~
这种“饱和盐水法”,其实网上早就已经有人做过,我也是第二年做了。
去年做的时候,还在盐水里加了些香料,可是家人觉得还是原味的咸鸭蛋好吃,所以今年做就没有再放香料了。
这种方法,做起来很简单,成功率很高,做出的咸蛋味道也很不错哦~

  • 白酒100ml

Steps to make 红油咸鸭蛋

  • 1. 准备好材料;
  • 2.鸭蛋先用清水洗净,然后晾干表面水分;
  • 3.盐+清水,在锅里煮沸,再煮一分钟后关火,搅拌至盐完全溶解。待锅中盐水完全冷却后,加入白酒;
  • 4.事先准备好腌制鸭蛋的容器,要保证干净,无油无水。将鸭蛋放入容器中,倒入冷却后的盐水,没过鸭蛋即可。将容器密封,放在阴凉避光处,大约40天左右;
  • 5.时间到后,取出鸭蛋,洗净,冷水入锅,煮开后继续煮10~15分钟;
  • 6.冷却后就可以切开吃啦~
