香酥炸虾

Steps to make 香酥炸虾

  • 1.虾去壳,尾巴留着。
  • 2.背部划上一刀,不要划到底,去除虾线,用刀背轻拍至虾肉平整。
  • 3.处理好的虾加入葱,姜,料酒,盐,胡椒粉,搅拌均匀,腌制15分钟左右。
  • 4.准备好面包糠,玉米淀粉,鸡蛋搅散备用。
  • 5.虾仁先裹上玉米淀粉,再滚一下鸡蛋液,最后均匀的包裹上面包糠,抖掉多余的面包糠。
  • 6.起锅烧油,油温四成下锅小火慢炸,全程小火,炸至表面金黄即可。
  • 7.炸好的虾可以配上番茄酱,沙拉酱。
