喷香烤鸡腿
今天来烤个大鸡腿吧,再配上一些蔬菜,有肉有菜一顿饭就这样解决了,还真是不错呢,这样烤一大盘,再煮一锅饭,全家吃都够了。
鸡腿以前也烤过,通常都是单独烤,用奥尔良料腌制再烤,香香辣辣的,孩子比较喜欢吃,这次正好家里的料用完了,就自己来调一个酱汁吧,再配上蔬菜一起烤,孩子吃肉的同时还能吃些菜,真是不错的选择吧。

  • 酱油5勺

  • 黄豆酱1勺

Steps to make 喷香烤鸡腿

  • 1.鸡腿清洗干净,用刀在两面划几也,加入料酒和2勺酱油,少许胡椒抓匀腌制30分钟,一是去腥二是让鸡腿入味。
  • 2.洋葱切丝,土豆去皮切片,洋葱铺在下面,上面铺上土豆片,最好用不粘烤盘,这样清理很方便。
  • 3.再来调酱汁,加入适量的清水拌匀,这里的黄豆酱可不能少,有了它才让这个酱汁的味道更好吃。
  • 4.把腌制好的鸡腿放到土豆片上,再在两面都涂上烧烤料,烧烤料的品种以个人喜好为主,我的这个烧烤料以孜然为主。
  • 5.再把调好的酱汁浇到鸡腿和配菜上。
  • 6.烤箱不需要预热,直接把鸡腿送入烤箱,200度,中层烤。
  • 7.烤多久一般根据鸡腿的大小而定,通常在30分钟左右。
