苦瓜炒肉片
苦瓜炒肉片是一道大众家常菜,很简单,但我用自制的辣椒酱、腐乳、豆豉为佐料,味道特鲜、特美。

  • 西红柿2个
  • 红辣椒2个
  • 腐乳1块

Steps to make 苦瓜炒肉片

  • 1.将苦瓜切成二瓣,去掉瓜瓤,斜切成薄片,辣椒、子姜切成丝,西红柿切成块,蒜剁碎,备用。
  • 2.将肉切成薄片,用植物油、盐、糖、生抽、蚝油、料酒等腌制,苦瓜用盐腌制,备用。
  • 3.锅里放油,用姜、蒜炝锅,炝出香味。
  • 4.放入肉片翻炒,倒入水淀粉快速翻炒至熟,起锅,备用。
  • 5.锅里留些油,放入苦瓜、豆豉、腐乳、辣椒酱、红辣椒翻炒至熟。
  • 6.放入已炒熟的肉片、西红柿,翻炒,撒些鸡精调味,起锅,装盘。
