Steps to make 牛肉红米肠粉

  • 1.红米肠粉专用粉。
  • 2.按说明调好粉浆。
  • 3.牛肉剁成肉馅,放蚝油,生抽,老抽,糖,料酒,生粉搅拌匀,我是晚上弄好。
  • 4.鸡蛋打散。
  • 5.葱切葱花。(葱花是我洗净切好放冰箱冷冻的,疫情一个星期才去买菜。葱花可以这样保存)
  • 6.平底盘刷上薄薄的油防粘。
  • 7.倒入一勺粉浆,晃匀。(每次粉浆都要拌匀才用哦。)
  • 8.放上牛肉末,葱花和一汤匙鸡蛋液。
  • 9.直接放在开水锅上,大火蒸2-3分钟。(盖上盖子蒸哦。)
  • 10.粉鼓起来就熟了。
  • 11.出锅。
  • 12.推卷起来。
  • 13.装盆淋上酱汁开吃。(酱汁材料放碗里拌匀,微波炉叮15-20秒即可。)
