夏天什么最火热,大排档呀,去吃大排档的时候,几乎每家都配有盐水花生和毛豆,上菜前来一盘,再来点啤酒和饮料,简直太开心。如果是那种露天的大排档,我们这边还有专门会「kuai」个小篮子,往返于各个摊位之间出售花生毛豆的。可想而知生意多火爆。今儿咱们自己在家做起来,又好吃又美味,刷剧神器。最近我在看楚乔传,一集下来被我吃了大半盆。还等什么,快快学起来。。

Steps to make 盐水花生

  • 1.新鲜花生买回来要反复搓洗,还挺脏的,都是泥巴
  • 2.每个花生都这样捏个小口,这样便于入味不想捏也随意哈
  • 3.花椒,大料和盐放进去,盐水花生嘛,盐可不能省了
  • 4.加入适量的水,炖煮30-60分钟,30分钟就熟了,口感脆,我喜欢稍微软面一点的,就煮了60分钟
  • 5.煮好后最好浸泡3小时食用,让它更入味,我是头一天晚上煮好的,放冰箱浸泡了一夜,第二天尝一个,味道没得说哈
