Steps to make 黑芝麻肉松小贝

  • 1.材料称重,再来张大合影;
  • 2.面粉中加纯黑芝麻酱、牛奶;
  • 3.用蛋抽以不规则方向搅拌均匀;
  • 4.蛋清蛋黄分离,蛋黄入黑芝麻牛奶面糊中,蛋清入无油无水的净碗;
  • 5.蛋黄和面糊充分混合,提起打蛋器,蛋黄面糊匀速垂落;
  • 6.用电动打蛋器中低速搅打蛋清,打出粗泡看不到蛋清颜色时,加入一半细砂糖;
  • 7.打到白色细腻发泡时,加入剩下的细砂糖;
  • 8.继续中低速搅打,当蛋白糊出现明显纹路时,提起打蛋器,蛋白糊呈小直角或者小弯角,停止打发;此时烤箱开始预热150度;
  • 9.取1/3蛋白糊与黑芝麻蛋黄面糊混合;
  • 10.将剩下的蛋白糊倒入混合好的面糊中;
  • 11.用刮刀翻拌均匀,成细腻有光泽的蛋糕糊;
  • 12.烤盘内提前铺油纸,将蛋糕糊倒在油纸上,表面用刮刀刮平;
  • 13.送入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火150度,25分钟;根据烤箱实际情况调整;
  • 14.出炉后,撕掉底部的油纸,晾架上晾凉;
  • 15.用6公分的饼干模具刻出蛋糕片;
  • 16.取一片蛋糕,在中间挤入适量黑芝麻酱;
  • 17.再盖一片蛋糕;
  • 18.蛋糕片出现了单数,来一个3层“巨无霸”吧;
  • 19.原味沙拉酱在蛋糕周边抹一层;
  • 20.蘸裹上肉松,大功告成;
  • 21.直接咬着吃就成,咱为了拍照好看点,用蛋糕刀切开看看,层次分明,咬一口,蛋香,黑芝麻香,肉松香,超满足哇!
