  • 1.把大蒜切成细末备用。
  • 2.有牛肉馅用牛肉馅,没有牛肉馅把牛肉切成牛肉泥,加入料酒、生姜粉、胡椒粉一起腌20分钟。
  • 3.锅中放芝麻油,用中火煸炒蒜末。
  • 4.蒜末炒出香味后加入肉馅继续炒。
  • 5.肉馅炒变色后加入韩式辣椒酱。
  • 6.将辣酱均匀搅拌,放入大酱继续翻炒。
  • 7.肉馅均匀着色后加入白糖和盐调味,用中火焖一会即可出锅。
