香肠沙拉面包
香肠面包大、小朋友们都喜欢,香肠一般我喜欢用自己灌的脆皮小香肠。端午放假了,上高中住校的外甥也要回家了,给他做了几个!

  • 细砂糖35克
  • 奶粉10克
  • 黄油20克
  • 145克
  • 脆皮小香肠3根

Steps to make 香肠沙拉面包

  • 1.将面粉、酵母、盐、细砂糖、奶粉、蛋液、水、按液体在下面固体在上面的顺序,倒入面包桶
  • 2.大约揉20分钟,加入软化的黄油,继续揉面至完全扩展阶段,即出膜
  • 3.揉好的面团进行基础发酵,发至2倍大小
  • 4.发酵好的面团从面包机内取出、排气,分割成6份,盖上保鲜膜醒10分钟
  • 5.准备好的脆皮小香肠、玉米粒、葱花、沙拉酱
  • 6.取一个小面团用擀面棍擀成牛舌状面饼
  • 7.将面饼卷起,将卷好的慢慢揉成长条后头尾接起来形成环形
  • 8.将脆皮小香肠放在环形面条之间,再放入纸模里
  • 9.这是做好的6个
  • 10.放入烤箱二次发酵45分钟
  • 11.发酵完成刷上蛋液
  • 12.撒上玉米粒和葱花
  • 13.放入预热好的烤箱180度20分钟,在最后剩下5分钟的时候,暂停取去挤上沙拉酱继续烘烤至结束
  • 14.面包出炉
